Conservative pace: bring 3 downline members through the ladder in year 1 — two upgrade to the cohort, one upgrades to Triennial. You've made back the cost of your Triennial in affiliate commissions alone, before counting deal income.

Two modes:
- Active mode (typical for consult 1-3): I'm introduced on the call as your partner. I can step in if you miss a beat.

What if I don't have a downline yet?+
That's fine. Part of the program is recruiting + training your first downline members + bird dogs. You'll build the team during the partnership, not show up with one.
How much time does this require per week?+
90 min of role-play + ~1 hr of homework + observing downline training (1-2 hrs/week in Year 1, less in Year 2-3). Roughly 4-6 hrs/week steady state.
What if I can't make a session?+
All sessions are recorded and indexed in your Vault. Missing one is fine; missing many breaks the cohort experience.
Refund policy?+
First 30 days, full refund minus any direct costs (GHL sub-location provisioning, etc.). After 30 days, the partnership is locked in — you've gotten the framework + the Marketing Stack + the Bootcamp.
What if I want to step down mid-year 2?+
You can pause your monthly payments — the Vault access stays for the rest of your 3-year window. You forfeit the live cohort + Train-the-Trainer + downline training during the pause. Resume when ready.
How is this different from Gutsy Closer?+
Gutsy Closer is the conversation skill ($1,497, 12 weeks). The Triennial Partner is the full 3-year partnership ($10,289 LTV) where we build the autonomous system around the conversation skill.
